What are Notice Governments and How do they work?

The Bangladesh Government has released a notice on September 7, 2021 for many notices to control the government of Bangladesh. The notice goes on to inform all residents of Bangladesh not to tamper with their land properties. The notice reminds all residents of Bangladesh to stay clear of tampering with the boundaries of Bangladesh as well as its adjacent districts. Three provinces are located within Bangladesh: Commenced Bogra, Dhaka and Bogra. The three government bodies have warned citizens not to traverse these border districts, and not to interfere with the property boundary walls.
